At Potions & Familiars, we believe our elders deserve comfort, support, and fair service. For those of you who need a little extra help around the bouse, our membership gives customers 65+ a special session where we can take care of the small tasks that make daily life easier.
Whether it’s replacing a hard-to-reach lightbulb, sweeping the front walkway, tidying a small yard area, or freshening up minor home details Dylan and Jennifer are here to help with the little things that matter. No more worrying about hiring a handyman who takes advantage of you, Dylan and Jennifer offer trustworthy services for our elders at rates that are reasonable and comfortable.
Every 6-8 weeks, we will stop by and prepare your home for the next coming season and handle small tasks that have been building up to keep your home well maintained. Dylan and Jennifer will work together to get evertything done in a timely manner. It should only take 1.5 to 3 hours max to complete our visit.

This bundle provides up to 3 hours of small household chores and light upkeep performed by Dylan and Jennifer, at a special senior rate.

What Is This Bundle Is For?
The Senior Chore Bundle is ideal for simple household tasks, such as:
Replacing hard-to-reach lightbulbs
Changing batteries in smoke detectors, clocks, and remotes
Light yard and driveway tidying
Sweeping porches or walkways
Tightening loose screws, knobs, or hinges
Adjusting sticky doors or latches
Light decluttering in small areas
Cleaning exterior door frames or steps
Basic “around the house” upkeep
These tasks can be combined into a single to-do list for your scheduled visit.
What This Bundle Is Not For
This service is dedicated to light household maintenance only. It does not include:
Major repairs and Installations
Plumbing or electrical work beyond replacing fixtures/bulbs
Flooring
Drywall sheet replacement
Painting rooms
Window installation
Large yard cleanouts or brush removal
Heavy lifting or hauling
Any task already defined as a “complex job” in our main Terms & Conditions
If a task goes beyond the scope of the bundle, standard Mending Wizard pricing will apply.
Rules & Guidelines
To keep this service affordable and consistent for all seniors, the following rules apply:
Bundle provides up to 3 hours of small chores only.
Service may be booked once every 6–8 weeks per household.
Tasks must be minor, safe, and simple enough for a single visit.
Major tasks, installations, repairs, or complex jobs are not included.
A written to-do list must be prepared before the appointment.
If materials need to be purchased, you may supply your own or we will include the receipt for materials purchased and they can be paid for at time of payment for services. We will get a confirmation before any purchase. Remeber that taxes are not included at time of material estimate. We provide a written agreement before moving forward wirth any business to ensure everyone is in agreement before purchase.
Outdoor tasks must be safe and weather-permitting.
The Mending Wizard reserves the right to decline any task deemed unsafe, inaccessible, or outside the intended scope of this bundle.

☐ Small weed patches (not large removal)

☐ Clean around mailbox or entry area

☐ Declutter a small area (table, shelf, corner)
☐ Replace furnace filter (if accessible)
☐ Replace doorbell batteries
☐ Check and tighten outdoor gate latches
